Can I view an engagement ring before buying it?

Our engagement rings are made to order, meaning payment must be made before the ring is created. Therefore, it is not possible to view the exact ring before buying it, however, we can arrange for similar pieces to be seen, and images of these can even be sent to you via WhatsApp or email if buying online. Rings can be sent to your nearest branch for in-store collection if you do want to view the final piece and speak to our team before taking it home. Although, we do offer a 30 day returns policy if there is anything you are not entirely happy with once the ring has been received.

Can I return an engagement ring?

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for all engagement rings. The item must be in its original condition. Please note, engagement rings that have been engraved cannot be returned.

Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?

Yes, we ensure that every diamond and gemstone used to create our beautiful engagement rings has been ethically sourced, ensuring a conflict-free stone. For any more information about the ethical status of our diamonds and gemstones, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Can I place an order from overseas?

You’re more than welcome to place an order overseas. However, we only deliver to a registered billing address and the item will be charged in UK sterling. You can find out more by taking a look at our delivery information.

How will my engagement ring be delivered?

We ensure every engagement ring delivery is fully insured and sent via an express service or next day delivery method. This way, you will be able to track your package at every stage. If you would like to arrange an alternative delivery method, our team will be happy to help. Packages are also discrete for additional security, and to help avoid suspicion if your proposal is to be a surprise.

How do I measure my ring size?

Whether you are purchasing a ring for yourself or your partner, knowing the ring size required is important. There are a number of ways to determine the correct size, such as using a ring size tool, which you can see in our detailed Ring Size Guide. Or simply speak to our customer service team and they will be able to send you a ring size tool, free of charge.

Can an engagement ring be resized?

Yes, we offer one free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase. Our customer service team are happy to help you find the correct ring size.

Can an engagement ring be engraved?

Yes, all our engagement rings can be personalised with an engraving of up to 10 characters. Please contact our engraving team to arrange and engraving. However, please note that engagement rings that have been engraved at the point of sale cannot be returned.

Can I create a bespoke engagement ring?

Yes, if you cannot find the ring you are looking for, we’d be happy to help you design and create a bespoke engagement ring. We offer an online Ring Builder service, through which you can customise each element of your ring, including metal type, diamond cut, carat, clarity and colour, and setting. Or, book a free in-person or virtual consultation with our team so we can discuss your individual requirements.

Will my diamond come with a certificate?

Yes, all mined and lab grown diamond engagement rings will come with either a GIA or IGR certification.

What’s the difference between a mined and lab grown diamond?

The only difference between a mined and lab grown diamond is the environment in which the stone was created. Mined diamonds are formed deep within the earth’s crust, while lab grown diamonds are man made, created in a controlled laboratory setting. But chemically, physically and optically both types of diamonds are the same.

What are the 4Cs?

The 4Cs refer to a way to assess the quality of a diamond. The four Cs include carat, colour, clarity and cut. Each of these elements has its own categories or grading scale and every diamond is assigned a label or score, which determines the quality and characteristics of the stone.
